This precious aged Lao Liu Bao has been stored in Hong Kong since 1980's.
It is known that Liu Bao kept in Hong Kong generally undergoes the natural fermentation process at a higher rate due to the humid weather as compared to teas that are kept in mainland China.
Unlike China, Hong Kong do not have four seasons and the weather has consistent high humidity levels that will naturally speed up the fermentation process of the Puerhs.
This does not indicate that the tea bricks are stored in wet condition,
we Drink Sum Tea could guarantee that these tea bricks were stored in proper dry,
clean and hygienic condition.
Experts and Puerh / Liu Bao tea lovers said that keeping Puerh / Liu Bao1 year in either Malaysia or Singapore is equivalent to storing Puerh/ Liu Bao 3 years in China or other places.
The special climate of South East Asia will generate a different and unique taste of Liu Bao compared to the usual Liu Bao kept in mainland China.
